Our Committees

  •   Early Phase Studies
NSABP Foundation seeks new therapies through a developmental therapeutics program. This program ranges from the innovative application of new technology (such as ctDNA), to novel approaches for treating difficult populations such as MSS mCRC with immunotherapy, to applying cancer vaccines to selected populations of breast and colon cancer patients.
  •   Breast Cancer
The Breast Cancer Committee develops innovative Phase 3 clinical research trials to improve outcomes and quality of life for patients with early-stage breast cancer, and Phase II trials for patients with metastatic or locally advanced breast cancer. The committee has identified neoadjuvant and adjuvant systemic therapy and molecular profiling as approaches for achieving these goals as well as for accelerating the discovery of new therapies designed for curative intent.
  •   Colorectal Cancer
The Colorectal Phase 3 Committee develops new therapeutics to improve longevity and quality of life for patients with locally advanced Stage 2 and 3 colon and rectal cancers. We are focused on identifying novel systemic therapy interventions and investigating early detection technologies for patients who have an extremely high risk of recurrence.
